Please choose your bag carefully as we do not issue change-of-mind refunds. We are more than happy to provide a product exchange when your product is returned in its original condition and posted to Punda Milia Design 5 days after receiving your order.
All returns must be unused and in the same condition you received them. This includes all original packaging including care instructions, inside waterproof bag and dust bag.
We do not issue refunds, accepts returns or offer exchange on any discounted items including any promotional discounts.
Items that are damaged by you or which have undergone general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and are not eligible for repair, replacement or refund.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition the item will be returned to you. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
Please note you are responsible for all costs (including shipping) associated with sending the item/s you wish to exchange back to our warehouse. Punda Milia Design will pay for shipping for the replacement item.
Punda Milia Design will provide you with a full refund if the product you purchased from us on line via the Internet.
