WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

We provide a flat shipping rate of $25 for all online purchases.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do.

Once the item is despatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your postage tracking number. Please email pm@pundamiliadesign.com if you have further questions regarding your order.

WHO PAYS FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?

Your order may be subject to your country’s import duties, taxes and/or customs fees. You will be responsible for paying these duties either at the point of delivery or after delivery.

For returned orders, depending on the country, you may be able to contact your local customs office directly for a refund of these costs. If the customer rejects an international order or the customer is unable to accept the delivery and the customer has already paid duties and taxes, Punda Milia Design will not be able to refund the duties and taxes.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

It takes up to 5 weeks for your tote to arrive to you. However, our delivery date varies depending on the country of your delivery address. Once the item is despatched you will receive confirmation email with your tracking number. If you need a faster delivery schedule, contact us at pm@pundamiliadesign.com and we will suggest other delivery options at an extra cost.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, or Paypal.

Punda Milia Design uses PayPal payment gateway. You can pay with your Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit or debit card via PayPal

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please choose your tote carefully as we do not issue change-of-mind refunds.

All returns must be unused and in the same condition you received them. This includes all original packaging including care instructions card, inside waterproof satchel and dust bag.

Items that are damaged by you or which have undergone general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and are not eligible for repair, replacement or refund.

Please note you are responsible for all costs (including shipping) associated with sending the item/s you wish to exchange back to our warehouse. Punda Milia Design will pay for shipping of the replacement item.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We are proud of making high-quality products, so in the unlikely event of tote damage or fault at point of arrival, please mail your tote back to us at the address below, including your name, order number and contact details (phone, email, postal address).

We will be in touch when we receive your tote and will arrange to have another sent to you.
